Somehow, I’ve only just discovered Yussef Dayes. I’ve listened to these two albums a lot over the last two days. Both are excellent. He’s an incredibly creative drummer.

She had some fantastic drummers contributing to the album! It was great hearing her talk about her process for writing and producing the songs. The part where she talked about creating the drum part for “Sweetest Fruit” was particularly interesting.
